Felt very welcoming. Host is very good, polite and helpful. The property is very good enough for couples and families. Lots of direct view of nature.

On the very first day when we reached, Anil sir himself came to pick us up to Beenachi. Took us to a good breakfast place and always was ready to help us at every point of our stay. The villa nicely secluded from the traffic and still close to all the mandatory places you can imagine. He will also guide you about where to go for surreal experience and the hotels you should try. He has many stories to share. I would definitely recommend this stay whether you are a couple or a group or a solo traveller.

The homestay is conveniently located amidst the tranquil hills of Sulthan Bathery, offering a comfortable and peaceful setting surrounded by natural beauty. The host communicated proactively about the 9 PM checkpost closure and was accommodating when my arrival was delayed until the following day. Upon arrival, I was graciously welcomed by the host and his family, and we enjoyed engaging and pleasant conversations. While meals were not included in the booking, the hosts kindly provided food and extended an invitation to a family celebration. Overall, the stay offered a welcoming atmosphere and a high level of hospitality, making it a comfortable and memorable experience.

Very beautiful and scenic place. Stay is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The house is amid-st nature making it very eye pleasing. Hot water is available. The host anup is extremely warm and friendly and helped us enjoy wayanad's exquisite places more

Beautiful stay! i got the glass window room that had a breathtaking view. Surrounded with coffee plantations this place definitely deserves to be one on your checklist. Host anil was very welcoming and helpful. Suggested to us a genuine store to buy coffee.

Good home stay. Anil was helpful and made us comfortable during the stay. Slightly interior from the main road. Good eateries around like foodbae and sougandhika. Try mutton biriyani at foodbae and unlimited dinner buffet at sougandhika.

The stay was very nice and clean, as a solo girl travel it's quite nyc and i feel very safety in this stay, thanks to the anil sir who is the owner of this place-for plesent stay.

I would like to thank the owner mr. Anil for welcoming us and making us feel comfortable. He was also kind enough towards our driver and offered him a separate washroom. This is a villa which is surrounded with forests and mountains so you will get to enjoy the experience of both while staying in this villa. The villa has total 4 bedrooms with attached washrooms and has sufficient parking space for 3-4 four wheelers.

Superb place! neat, clean & elegant rooms. One of the best owner cum host, i have come across who will help you out with all the possible things. The slightest caution word is that 100 mts entry road to this place is quite tricky as all roads in wayanad, so a good driver is required. Beautiful views from the rooms and forest scenary as you come out of the villa. Very relaxing and delightful experience. Highly recommended for min 2 n stay with family
