The place was unhygienic, rooms were not clean, for 2 days stay they did not even change the bedspread, pillow covers, no housekeeping at all. Was not accommodative for late logout. While he charged extra for a day for just 5 hours of extension.

Location was good . Room and breakfast was excellent

The property location is good and close to the metro station. However, the rooms are average, the breakfast has limited options, and there are occasional power outages with no backup available.

Property's location was a bit difficult to identify in the night even after using google maps and we had booked late in the evening. Some sign board for direction of property on the road and also on the lane entry towards service apartment was missed. Also on the building at the entry gate a prominent name board is essential. Breakfast was nice. Amenities & services are fine. Babu the caretaker person was helpful through out. Dilip u gale the owner is a very helpful person.

The owner dilip is very unprofessional. The property is just okay. Even the caretaker boy is not helpful and very rude. We have to plead multiple times for even basic amenities like cleaning and water bottles. They are not good at service or cleanliness. The bedsheets and pillow covers are torn. Even the basic amenities like toiletries are missing. Wifi has issues multiple times. The only small good thing is breakfast.

Spacious room, courteous staff. Overall good stay altogether. The location is little difficult to find. The location marked in the property location needs to be corrected.

Not good experience

Peaceful place with nice caretakers who provided us everything we needed. The breakfast was okay, and the rooms were clean. Overall, it was a good stay.

This place is in a very good location. Not much traffic in the area. The rooms are very well maintained. Wifi has a very good speed. Everything as mentioned except power backup. No power back was provided

Neat rooms with amenities like hot water, ac. And t v incharge person courteous and takes good care. It's a good choice for simple, neat comfortable stay. Food is also arranged

Rooms are spacious compared to standard hotel. However, place doesn't feel particularly clean. Very good locality though.

Best place with calm ambiance and very helpful staff. The people are very polite and cooperative. The food is available at economical rate and the overall service is very nice the hotel is located in the heart of the city

A good property but not well maintained. Dust everywhere. Wash rooms need a lot to be done. Staff tries to be co operative, but it has limits.

My stay there was very good overall. Mr. Dilip, the manager, was very helping and supportive in numerous ways. Appreciate him for this. Cook and caretaker mr. Babu lal served good, homely and freshly cooked food and with all his heart. His hospitality was nice. He helped me with laundry too pretty well. Quality of the service apartment is good considering the price you pay. I am happy with this property, and specially the location is really good. I will definitely visit again, when needed.

A better experience good survice, home feeling good environment i like it to stay again they supply hand made food and tea

I have been to this place for a day. Food quality cooked by chef babulal is 5/5, service is 4. 5/5, cleanliness is 5/5. Thanks mmt for the wonderful experience.
