I would like to bring to your attention that the service during my recent stay was quite average. We were provided with used towels, and the hot water supply was not functioning properly. Additionally, the bedsheets appeared to be used as well. Furthermore, the washroom was not adequately stocked, as there was no shampoo or soap available. I hope you will take these issues seriously and work towards improving the quality of service

Hello Sir, Thanks or brining this to our notice. We enquired internally about the issue & we got to know that, those towels & bedspreads were washed but the yellow stains residues caused by previous occupants usage after Haladi Ceremony in a marriage is not fully removed even after multiple washes. It’s a new hotel and well maintained. Great location, slightly on the outskirts of town. But not too far. Once the restaurant is functional, it will be an additional attraction. Shashidhar at the reception was very courteous and room service was provided by a friendly Panduranga. Overall a very good experience.Will certainly book again.
