Stayed in room no 207. Checked in at 22:30 hours and informed receptionist for breakfast at 08:30 in morning but they failed to arrange despite repeated calls. Not satisfied with their service

I have get breakfast after 12 pm. Even I had call many times but he said ok sir ok sir only from 9:30 I had call them instead of this there is no toiletries even I have received towel after many call.. very disgusting service bad experience I need my refund

Decent Staff. 7. Only 14 Rooms majorly Corporate Clients. 8. Tea Maker with Branded Tea Bags & Creamers. Minus Points 1. TV doesn't work Properly. 2. Breakfast should have some more options if possible. Overall a Good Stay...stayed for the second time.

2nd day room provide a low category while our booking of Superior room both days. when I talk to him, please change my room , if possible then provide me last day room. He said all rooms are booked.

They don’t have cold water and when i asked them for cold bottle of water they asked me to pay for it.

Location is central, away from main road but centrally located. The hotel doesn't have much food options but not required as there are three food carts just outside the hotel and a juice shop, a supermarket and a superb south indian restaurant. All this in walking distance of 5 to 10 steps. Minor issues but hotel staff were very helpful and prompt.

Location is very good and easy to find, room was neat and clean however i was not provided room with window/view stating that all are booked(i understood. Staff is courteous. Food quality is average. And you have to order comp. Breakfast in your room only. Omelette was really good and paratha was just average with lot of oil. Overall i found this property good for 1 night stay.

The person named ranjit ji from the hotel staff was someone who literally someone due to whom i am posting this review. Ranjit ji was quite a professional fellow and very good with the hospitality. I am happy for mm t that they have tied up with a beautiful hotel like this. Everyone was professional there. Greeted me well. Cleanliness and attending the guest was something this hotel never faded. It is actually beautiful than the posted photos. I must say it is "jo dikhta hai vahi bikta hai. Thanks ranjit ji and thanks mmt, thanks all staff of the hotel.
