The room was good but service was poor. The whole night the washroom's flush was not working. And I asked to please turn the TV on and the they said wifi is not recharged then for what we are paying??

The property is a very prime location but lack cleanliness.. they could do much beter.. Staff is polite and helpful..I would recommend it for budget stay not for vacation

It is not a hotel but wedding venue, no room service, non functional phone, no water tea provision in room, no breakfast

It was a peaceful stay. Room was spacious with all necessary accessories. Front desk staff was excellent. I didn't order any food so can't say. I would prefer to stay here again!

Room was good, but hotel service was very bad. To call attendant, we have to go at reception counter, because no telephone or intercom was available at hotel room.

No slipper. No soap, dirty towel, no shampoo, no water at washroom, morning tea not available at call, no facility of drinking water

It was good stay at mid town hotel. Staff was sincere, polite and have good behavior. Hotel was clean and hygiene. Food was tasty and fresh. Overall stay was very good.

This property is not suitable for family or couples. Rather it is banquet hall where guests used to stay at night after the marriage like functions get over. Room service was very poor, even not a single glass of water was offered neither at reception nor at room

Neither was the temperatures of the guests checked, nor were the staff wearing masks. The service wasn't good. The staff at the reception was unresponsive and couldn't provide hot water.
