The stay was okay overall — neither great nor terrible. The room was clean and had the basic amenities, but nothing really stood out. Service was decent, though not particularly warm or proactive. Some areas of the property could use a refresh, and a few small touches could make a big difference to the overall experience. Good for a short stay if you’re not expecting anything fancy.

The restaurant is not maintained properly with ceiling coming out and soiled table covers. The cushions and pillows smell so badly. The property needs to be maintained properly, however the staff was very good

Hotel is overpriced, not good location, no fresh air. Lift was not functional, mattresses are not comfortable (useless). There was dampness on the walls of room. Avoid it

my stay at this hotel was fantastic. the staff, the receptionist mrs. ankita singh were all very supportive and professional. the rooms were good as well.
