Review Of Castle Stay

They called and tell our hotel is under maintenance and misguided too for us ambessy distance i all ready tell them i have senior citizen. But they don't understand and make trouble for us

The stay was good and clean and everything was okay about the place but only the service behaved in a strange manner as he said my duty is off and i would request you to give me some money as a due to my service that was not understandable to me. Take care of such incidents please.

It's an illegal hotel. They don't even have a registered name board, reception. Staff ask you for extra money if you want drinking water. No geyser, they are using electric rod to warm the water, you have to ask for hot water before half an hour. Disgusting environment, no reception to report or talk to anyone.

I left body wash in the bathroom i have told the manager of the property he told he will confirm and call now he is not picking the call

They have shifted the location i stayed in a different location and even refund has not been done awaiting

No hot water no proper bed ceiling fan i was waiting when it will fall, hell lot of bed bugs, worst experience. I had booked for 4nights. But came out on same day when i checked in

Worst experience ever. This was the worst property. This made me think that this platform has degrade its quality and compromised its policies. This place doesn’t even have a board with its name. This place is so shabby, dark, unhygienic, not at all maintained. I m falling short of words to explain. I don’t know from where to start because each and every thing was so disturbing and i spent a whole night just because lack of time as i visited delhi for some important work.

Pathetic rooms. No hot water. Bed sheets very bad. Never stay here.

I found this hotel near africa ave on google so j booked my room for one night in castle stay and when i reached at the location of hotel i found that there is no reception of hotel and there are no staffs to help the guest.the hotel was giving me so negative vibes all the time.it is not safe for girls who are travelling alone and for couples too it was giving me oyo third class hotel vibes

Unhygienic and least cleanliness; no one to attend or help; list is malfunctioning; rooms are at third floor; inside ambience is too bad.

Good, neat and clean room, good location near metro station

Staff is nice, room is spacious but it’s a very old hotel the ac was leaking and the bathroom was old and shower was not working properly but still it was livable and average

Stay was good, place was clean and tidy. The caretaker was very helpful. Place is nearby metro station, so traveling to different places isn't an issue. Overall enjoyed the stay and hospitality.

Room was overpriced and did not match with the photos that were provided. It was winter season and hot water was not available. Bathroom was not clean, did not even feel like using it.

Location is good, staff behaviour is good but rooms needs renovation

Very small property, no reception or waiting area, no intercom, tea pouches and cattle etc not provided in room, no choice for room selection, can't get tea before 7:45 am. Food is ordered from outside and it's costly. Only a single person handling everything. Not preferable for stay

Bad hygiene, water bottle was already opened, geyser was not working, room smelled bad, too many mosquitoes
