Clean, Calm and happy. Location is good. Amenities enough as per price range.

The stay is about 2km distance from beach. One can find all basic amenities within 2-5 mins walking distance. Loved the place as it is clean and tidy. They provide rented bike as well.

The staff in the hotel was rude

Check in was late by 1. 5 hours. Not so friendly host. Additionally they were charging more than market price for renting 2 wheelers from their place

Excellent location. Calanghute and bagha and candolim beach are nearby. Rooms are good and its budget friendly also. They provide scooty and cab services too. Nature of owner anthony is also very good

Ac is a bit slow, it takes a lot of time for the room to get cool, bath area is a bit slippery, view from out is nice and overall is good.
