I enjoyed the stay, it is located in good location and staff was very polite and caring, needs improve the cleaning. Overall good 👍

services are ok. but room cleanliness is to be improved. other than amenities are found good. only advantage is nearer to BEL

Room was dirty, washroom was bad, bedsheets were not clean and the corridor was dirty and waste was accumulated there. Receptionist was good

The lift flooring was really bad. No place for parking cars. the room flooring was worst. AC was not working properly My time during the stay was not good

The hotel was understaffed. They were not professionals . They made us checked in “late” cause they were cleaning and the room had many holes. The third bed was given @12:00 am in the morning.

They give top floor only single room is there on the top(it’s mine ) , and the top of the room made with plywood, so many bird noises in night, no sleep

The room shown in the pic and the actual room was too small. I am a frequent traveller for official and personal trips and this is the only time I got a room just to survive. Overall hotel was ok but would not repeat.

It was an average experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the staff was polite and attentive. However, there were some areas that could use improvement. The room itself was comfortable but nothing extraordinary. While it was clean, i noticed a few minor maintenance issues that could have been addressed. The amenities were standard, and i was expecting a little more for the price i paid. In conclusion, while my stay at caramel hotels was perfectly fine, it didn’t stand out as exceptional. For the price, i would have hoped for a little more attention to detail, but if you're looking for a simple, no-frills stay, it gets the job done. How do i collect the 6% discount?

Hotel's bathroom was terrible, comoud gun was not working even water quality was not good, water colour was whitish which didn't look normal, we got waited in the lounge for 1 hour because of delayed check in

The hotel was damaged ceiling, torn wall papers looking like haunted house but after we asked for change room they gave another room tat one is pretty ok than previous one, the receptionist is very kind

The rooms are not maintained and dirty. The bathroom taps are leaking and the bathroom is in very bad state.
