location is the only good thing.Very sparsely furnished.1 bhk is the worst choice as dark and dingy.Unlike other apartments no dining table,micro expecting washing machine would be too much.Balcony to close to other building no direct sunlight in the flat.If using this property the studio and 2 bhk better option also keep your expectations low. Good budget stay, good caretakers as well. The location is pretty good but definitely not sea facing or sea viewing possible from the room. But no facilities at all like early check-in or late check out, everything is chargeable.

Stay is average, images shared r different than rooms but Rubul is the best guy, sweetest person. Made bad things good with his hospitality

Not suitable for families, as the room is small with minimum amenities. The queen bed is not comfortable. Only the location is excellent.

Pros- the location is very close to the candolim beach. Daily they gave 2ltrs of water close to a lot of shops are there easy availability of basic groceries cons tv was not recharged tatasky my kids missed watching tv the kitchen is basic and there is no tawa to cook rotis i don't know they have this rule strictly no seafood room cleaning once in 2 days old building but very spacious

I recently stayed at condlim glitter sand for a 4-night getaway, and it was a nice experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. Check-in experience: the check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and offered complimentary welcome drinks while they processed our check-in. We were also given a quick overview of the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which was very helpful. Room quality: our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and a variety of pillow options. The room included a refrigerator. Facilities: the hotel also offers free wi-fi, which was fast and reliable.

My experience with this hotel was very good. We reached the hotel early in the morning And their checking time was after 12:00 but there was Mr. Shahid at the reception who upgrade our room and also gave us early chicken without charges ☺️ We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again and thank you entire team To make our holidays memorable.🙏🙏☺️☺️

The room and environment was good. But in one of the room ac was not working properly and during night time there was no water supply so we were not able to do our daily chores of washing, bathing and toiletries.

First of all the staff behaviour is very bad and there is electricity issue at the hotel. There is no charging point when there is no current. Even we faced a power cut of 9hrs. One of the staff even abused us for the thing. Service is horrible. They don't clean the room regularly. Not recommended.

Hotel is good and overall i can say staff and hotel room is clean and calm area. You can easily stay with you group and your family

It is not what it looked like in the photos and the name of the property is different than which is shown in your website. A lot disappointed. Rooms are below average.
