Great room, food, ambiance staffs are very cooperative. First choice for next travel.

No entertainment like television was their but proper service was present.

Owner of the hotel is very cooperative.. Room were nice.. Food is good. The hotel is close to the beach, but the road to the hotel need to be improved. Overall a nice stay. Good location for the couples to enjoy.

Unclean rooms. Garbage lying everywhere. Big menu but no food. They only buy groceries after you order for food. Room full of insects, very often power cut, but have generator backup. No security. Only 1person in hotel. And another cook is there. Full of liquor bottles around. Since I was having problems hotel asks me to check out at 6 in the evening. Very unprofessional both from makemytrip and the hotel. Even after speaking to MMT again and again, neither was able to solve my issue.

One won't get anything to buy near this hotel. Nice location, just walking distance from beach, Hotel is not at all clean. Rooms and washrooms are very bad, Fan AC not working, wash room not clean, and bit away from city market. Evening breeze, and peaceful sea beach.. Can explore yourself once again.

Nice location, just walking distance from beach. Staff were good but food was not up to that quality as per location. And a bit away from the city market and local market too. But value for money was nice.

Posto the most unforgettable thing that I have eaten in my lunch, if you are looking a holiday at your own house with the home made food then do visit and stay in this hotel. Great ambience, lovely rooftop, evening breeze, and peaceful sea beach .. Can explore yourself once again ..

I had to give a single star to this hotel as there is no option to give any negative star. Location wise this hotel is 2-3 km away from main market area. One won't get anything to buy near this hotel. Even at 8 pm at night one would feel its 1-2 am. Room service is disaster. We ordered our dinner at 7. 30, they are supposed to serve us at 9. But finally we had that at 10. 45 Everything is overpriced (even mineral water 10-15 Rs costlier.. Cleanliness is very poor. You won't get AC service.

Never expected such a pathetic hotel with ridiculous service under the brand name of Make My Trip. Location and entrance is pathetic. Charged for AC but have timings for AC. From check-in to 5 pm and again from 10. 30PM Hotel is not at all clean. Rooms and washrooms are dirty. Rooms becomes full of insects in the evening. Never even that Make My Trip will market such a hotel. Total money and time wasted

It was a good hotel with food and location was excellent. Beach coming to the shore and it being very near. It was a very good experience all in all. The fresh gush of air at night and clear sky was a very good experience and joyfull.

The location of the hotel is far off in a quiet place. You can enjoy if you prefer to spend your time in a peaceful manner. But the service in this hotel is beyond substandard. The food is extremely poor and they will overcharge as well.

The location of this hotel is bit away from the centre where you get all the restaurants and other hotels.. But if one prefer calm and quiet place.. This is the best one.. Sea beach I can't say that good but it's long.. And hotel is very near to sea beach.. The food served is fresh and good and spicy but you can't have the privilege to order at the last moment and they will serve you just after ordering. Better to tell them in advance as this is a small hotel and they don't keep ready food..

Room was good, service was also good and food served was okay type. The best part was the service received from the manager as well as other staff. Hot water is not available in bathroom but whenever you call the hotel staff for hot water, they will serve you one bucket or even more if required.

Please visit to Mandarmani and stay in this hotel. And enjoy very much. We are reside here 2 days and we are not facing any problem. If we are going there then always stay there. So do no hesitate and book this hotel.

It's a good budget hotel near to sea beach. But road condition is not good specially during rainy season. Behaviour of staff is very good. Food quality is moderate and not much expensive. One can enjoy and relax weekend here. Generator back up is there still you face problem as it will take time to start generator backup after loan sharking or low voltage.

Hotel Calypso is one of the best hotel in Mandarmani. We got our reservation just in time thanks to 'Makemytrip' app. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed in. Staff were extremely friendly, the food was very delicious(especially desi murgi, pomfret curry, chilly prawn and chilli crab) and thus the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. We truly enjoyed walking the narrow sandy lane which leads from the hotel and straight to the sea beach. It was hardly 2 mins walk. The hotel locality was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the owner(Kaku) who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Will be staying here again.

Good budget hotel at Mandarmoni. Location is good, staff are well behaved. Food was very good at reasonable prices, other entertainment lacking like garden and game. Overall value for money, I booked this hotel online through makemytrip and got good discount also. I recommend for this hotel for those who search for budget hotel.
