Hotel Prince

I booked Hotel Prince, Mandarmani and stayed in Room 306 on the 11th night. They charged me for one room, but the experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the room was not clean — the bedsheet had stains, the bathroom was dirty, there were spider webs in the wall corners, and even the bedside decorations were full of dust. The main door lock was broken and didn’t work properly, which made me feel unsafe. The restaurant food is extremely overpriced. Even a simple potato fry costs ₹110, and there is no thali system. The prices are unreasonable I strongly recommend not booking this hotel. In the same budget, you’ll easily find many better options with complimentary breakfast and much better service.

AC, TV wasn't working properly. Bathroom wasn't as expected. Towels weren't given at first. Room service wasn't proper. Otherwise it was nice ... Breakfast wasn't good at all.

Food was good, not getting the the full facility that are mentioned during booking like no cattle, no sofa Location is way far from mandarmani main beach, around 7km But after that also overall it was excellent

The property staff behaviour and all is good the ambience of the hotel pool is nice but it's too far from the main beach and it doesn't have its own beach you have to walk a little bit for the beach view otherwise nice budget friendly stay

The overall experience was average. food quality was good. room was clear but room lock was broken and the bathroom door was broken there is a gap and the tv's speaker is automatically increased and decreased...

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention some extremely serious and unsafe place. Additionally, the swimming pool area is being misused as a drinking zone, with alcohol even being mixed into the pool. Some rooms are turning into dance bars at night, where loud music, shouting, and abusive language create a very unsafe environment. Guests, especially families and couples, are exposed to constant nuisance, harassment. Such illegal and indecent activities not only destroy the reputation of the hotel but also create a serious safety and security risk for genuine guests. This behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality establishment and must be stopped immediately. I request you to take strict and immediate action against those responsible, ensure safety measures for genuine guests, and restore a decent and secure environment in your hotel. I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and act urgently.

Although the food and location were satisfactory, the overall condition of the room was extremely poor and far below acceptable standards. For a property rated over 4 stars on MMT and charging upwards of , the quality offered was shockingly subpar. The most distressing experience occurred late at night when the hotel hosted a loud and disruptive event. The music and program continued well past reasonable hours and were only halted after my husband, several other guests, and the local police intervened. This is not only unacceptable but deeply concerning. Furthermore, I must highlight that the event included cabaret-style performances—an appalling choice for a resort that claims to cater to families, including elders and children. Such entertainment is entirely inappropriate in a setting meant for peaceful family retreats. Is this truly the standard your establishment upholds? I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and corrective measures are implemented immediately.

Very nice experience

The property's food was disgusting, the bathroom had ants. Blankets were burnt and when asked to change, the refused. Also, some other guests misbehaved but the hotel management did not care

Very nice resort in mandarmani. Clean and fresh. Bed room is lovely. Lunch dinner all food item are too good.. Swimming pool are fabulous.

Located near sea beach. Overall amenities and services was satisfactory. Consumption of alcohol near swimming pool by some guest should not allowed by the property
