Visited for just one day stay during transit. The care and we received from hosts was extraordinary. Definitely wish to visit again for a long stay. The owner herself cooks extremely delicious dishes. Amazing homestay away from the crowd )

I stayed there for the weekend with my kids. It was a pleasant stay. Thanks to Mr.sathyan and his wife who made our stay so comfortable. I will be coming back again.

Breeze House is so ideally located that any other place in Varkala should feel bad. The place is quite away from the main beach and the humdrum that goes with it. This is easily approachable by car but it seems right by the beach which is a minute stroll away. The crowds are missing and so it feels like a personal beach. The host Mr Satyam and his wife are the traditional South Kerala couple who shower their warmth upon you every moment you stay there. The place is neat and clean despite being beside a beach and the food emerges from the kitchen have the true flavour of home food. They can come up with anything that you ask them provided you give them reasonable time as any mom in any house would need. Some niceties of a star hotel maybe missing but it is much more than made up by the warmth and sincerity of Mr and Mrs Sathyan. Recommended anytime any day.

The stay was perfect. 2 wheeler can also be arranged at the hotel itself.
Must have food at the hotel. The food is amazing. Rooms are not that costly. Great hosts breeze house.

We had a very delightful stay at the breeze house. The hosts were very generous and the location was to die for. The house is located just 2 mins away from the beach, and you can also view the ocean from the rooms. The rooms were super clean too. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay at Varkala.
