Good Stay but price is quite high
The room is clean but the price is quite high. The location is a good walking distance from station. The overall stay is good.

location near Railway station, ASTC bis stand food ๐ services good but they charged me for bathroom door locked this is very bad with customer convenience

Thank you so much for the review Maam. you stayed for 3 nights maam you liked everything and the property was also maintained while checked in. On the last day while checkout the door handle was misused by you and it broke so in every hotel property damaged is to be charged so we did. Pathetic hotel and pathetic service
On reaching the hotel, firstly reception staffs tried to provide us with standard room which are very small in size whereas we booked a club room which is spacious. After negotiation with reception they provided us with club room. Bed and linen were not clean and had multiple hairs both in bed linen and blankets. Towels provided were not up to the mark, room was dusty. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Food quality was pathetic and over priced. Staffs are also unprofessional and tried to recover previously damaged items from us. Overall I would never stay at this hotel again.

Thank you sir for the review as it will be a learning lesson for us. firstly sorry for the room as it was mistaken by our staff and for that she told you sorry again n again, secondly the description which you have given about the room the hair and the dust sir you stayed for a night there with your family without complaining and you had lunch as well as dinner. This review is just out of anger just because our staff asked you about the cupboard dysfunctioning while checkout. but once again thank you . Atithi devo bhava.

Amenities were very basic. For Food I have told them to make it less oily. But they didnโt hear it out

The property was excellent. Location was just beside the railway station. The food price is nit very high.

Average Stay
The bed sheets were visibly dirty or stained. The room was very small and had no seating area or fireplace as mentioned in the ticket either. Atleast the staff was welcoming and nice.

I am so sorry for the stain ๐๐..but the size of the room u saw in the photos after that u booked, so not my fault i will offer wat i got or have...the seating area is our deluxe room or the club room with city view..๐you booked our corporate room and at that price point u get wat u got๐๐again i apologize for the stain u found on the bedsheet. Thank you ๐will look and work on it to provide you better in future

We had a wonderful romantic gateway at Hotel PRY and the front desk staff was incredibly attentive and helpful making our stay feel truly special . And we higly recommend it for couples seeking a relaxing and memorable stay โค๏ธ

Good hotel, centrally locate
The hotel location is very good....the staff is courteous....since it is a new property hence it's clean....but the room is very small...not a chair or table to eat food...also they have very limited choices for breakfast and in beverages they only serve complimentary tea...for a coffee person like me a little difficult....also in the name of toiletries they only provide a small Medimix soap...for two guests one towel and one hand towel...I feel if they work on these the stays will be better....

Thank you maam for your valuable feedback. I accept the room is small but with luxuries design and will give a homely feeling with bed padding and bathroom fittings to die for at this price point. we have a deluxe room which is extra large with 2 chairs (soft velvet) and a tea table and an extra table for working & we provide morning kit , disposable slippers and a kettle as well and yes we serve coffee as a complimentary in deluxe room and the towel we would have provided if you asked for, be it any room. Looking to serve you with better in near future. fingers crossed
