very bad experience cockroach,no internet , no proper channels in TV , no complimentary breakfast whereas for off liners there is and nothing available , lemon water or black coffee, condition of wash room was also

worst Food, Hotel does not have food minu card. Room rent was charged more by MMT, Hotel kitchen does not have sufficient staff, In evening, you will get Tea at 7.00 pm, not before. Room I stayed does not have any Walter Heater. no lifts, no Sequrity at gate.

Room wasn't of that quality as shown on app. They don't have hot water system in room, even no cupboard or shelf no hanger inside to place your stuffs. Really very bad experience staying over here. Moreover the room was smelling as anyone just smoked over there recently. At-least they should freshen the room before the guest arrived not suggested to stay. Check for better room in this price.

All amenities are present. Stay was comfortable. It's in a prime location and accessible from all points of the city.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. It's pleasant to stay there. Rooms were neat and clean. Only problem was a geyser it was outside the room and common for all. Rest overall it was good.

When i entered in hotel, a old man forced me "you take off your shoes outside" but i ignored. When i booked room, didn't show single bed room. But after check in and after entering the double bed room the hotel owner called to staff and said transfer in single bed room. I got a 3rd class room after paying rs. TV not working, TV turned on after 2 or 3 tries. I am only single person today in this hotel. 3rd class mattress and 3rd class 110 tc bed sheet and also 3rd class blanket.
