I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to multiple unresolved issues:
The bath shower in the room initially allotted to me was not working. Upon reporting this, I was moved to another room, which had the exact same issue. I was then offered a third room solely for the purpose of bathing, and to my dismay, that too had a malfunctioning shower.
The toilet seat cover in the room was broken.
I had informed the staff the night before about my early checkout and requested a basic breakfast or packed meal, but this request was denied when I left at 7:15 AM.
I had a flight to catch and could not delay further, leaving me with no choice but to leave without any resolution.
These issues significantly hampered my stay. My movement between rooms should be clearly visible on your CCTV footage, which can be reviewed for verification.
Given the multiple inconveniences and lack of basic amenities, I believe a refund is a fair request and kindly ask you to process the same at the earliest.
