Food is dangerously low in quality no clean rooms no facilities they don’t respect there costumers

Not worth, no cleanness, no proper service only bugs no toiletries, no hygiene food was not good in lunch and dinner

Worst rooms, service, & hospitality. Complete waste of money. Staff is not responding properly. Worst experience. Dirty rooms, worst mattresses, worst washrooms. Worst & arrogant staff. Only good part is food.

Overall the experience was bad. We had to ask the staff to get the rooms cleaned after checking into the room. No towels provided. Water bottles not available at the resort. Food timings are terrible. You do not get on time and had to wait for more than an hour to get the food served. For a price of 10 k for 2 couples it is not expected

Resort is located in a thick forest area, probably the only good thing is it’s location. Food is average, service is slow. There was no hot water in the morning, after asking they staff, they started the water boiler. There was no water in the room, after telling staff 3 times, they finally got water for us after 20-30 mins. It’s a okay resort for a short/1 night stay only. We paid 3500 per room, not worth it.

Except for the location which is right on the banks of kali river, everything else here is horrible. Rooms are poorly maintained, bathrooms are dirty with wires running all around and even snails moving inside. Food quality is abysmal and over priced. One aspect which i need to mention is the friendly attitude of the owner/manager the sardarji (don’t know his name. Would not suggest the place

Worst hotel please remove from makemytrip there was no current if possible please refund my money

Very worst hotel and management

High price no value for money. No hot water supply in time. Poor management

It was very unhygienic place. There was very weird smell once you enter the cottage and also the bathroom / toilet were having a specific dirty smell. Staff was not co operative from admin. There was no wifi password given. We had to ask for water bottles.

The food was not that good. The dining area was not clean.

The room allotted to us was a non ac working, when informed, they immediately changed our room to the ac working room.

Food was served with bare hands and no mask on any of the staff. Food quality was so bad and pathetic.

Poor rooms, no clean properly, no TV and food also average like.

Since I don't want this to be a one-sided review, I will start with the positives first: 1. Great location- Right at the first major rapid in Kali river. 2. Parking facility- Has enough space for four wheelers. 3. Food quality- Food quality was homely. 4. Water sports- Good for affordable water sports like white water rafting and beginner kayaking. Let's move to the negatives: 1. Extremely disappointing service- Limited hot water and dysfunctional AC. Even after complaining, no one attended the issue. 2. Very limited food options- No punctuality of food service. 3. Lack of cleanliness and upkeep. 4. Not worth the money- less facilities and ambiance. 5. Noisy guests/surroundings - Since they host groups, other individual guests are not paid any attention. Being a top water sport spot, it is akin to unwanted crowd during day time.

Old resort, with old cottages. Beds and pillow were average, no proper blanket for that chilly weather, old bathroom. Shower leaking all time while tap was open. Food was average, not up to resort standard. Asked us to follow buffet. But we didn't opt for buffet. Then reluctantly they took our order. Food served was average. But cost was on higher side. Water activities were good. Total resort area could have been neat and clean. Maintenance is poor. Good side is the location and weather. Awesome. But the resort is average.

Great property which is neglected on maintenance. Food was not relished.
