Good place and the owner is great with good personality. They let us stay a little longer after the check out time

there are no proper furniture towels no AC The main door is not fully covered The location is very difficult to reach the room service is very poor

Clean place. It is a home stay advertised as a hotel, also it is not 2.5 kms from Sangam Ghat as advertised but rather 6-8 kms. The owner of this home stay is a very nice person. I would suggest them they provide bath soap and shampoo for short stay customers.

it's actually 13 kms from Arail gatt ( Triveni Sangam) but as 2.5 kms, rooms worst,no attached bathroom.

Nice and clean place, good hospitality and helpful staff. You can place food order and get home food.

It's homestay, no any facilities. They don't even provide bath soaps and towels. They don't picked up phone calls and provide wrong location on google. Not at all professional just started to earn and take advantage of kumbhmela.

They didn't allot e a room upto night 8. 00pm. Lastly they gave us their daily used room, not attached lavatory block. And demand of a money for extra matress. Very poor stay

Good and coordinate i feel that time where all the place is covered by mahakumbh but in out side is very peaceful like this place.

the actual hotel distance was more than 4 km and after calling continuously hotel didn't respond on time to provide the actual location... even there was no water or tea breakfast available there.... was a terrible experience when your are with family.... won't recommend to anyone

Hotel location and hotel was 4 k. M. Distant. No facility of water tea or any other snacks available. Room were not fully ready. All 3 rooms were at different locations. Very poor service as even you can't provide drinking water or food or other stuff

Completely a worst experience, all rooms were uncleaned and there were rats in the rooms, nothing was good

Room was congested. It was not even a hotel. It was their personal room. Dirty room and no separate bathroom. It is in remote location and u will get no transportation. Also their is no good road connectivity. Price was very high. It was a terrible experiance.

Excellent customer service helping travallers to reach the hotel and providing help and directions to visit the tourist holy places and ghats. The room is brand new and nee bed with heavy blankets for winter. Water heater and room heater provided. And ample place outside to use. Totally satisfied and suggest friends and families for this hotel.

Very bad condition room address shows civil lines near bus stand but 10 km out side city no ladge only house room no quality booth room no towels no food overall very bad
