They changed the location and one was non ac, the toilet was not good and did not provide the promised amenities and the next day no ac too. Overall waste not worth for money.

The location of the property is actually good where you can access the cliff beach easily. But the cleanliness and amenities were below average. The major issue faced was with the bathroom where there was nothing to hang the towel/dress. Those were damaged already and some kind of weird pipe was hanging out of nowhere which constantly dropped water over my head several times. On that particular day, we had a terrible experience on the checkout day morning where there was no single drop of water on the line. I was stuck in the middle of bathing with soap all over me for around 1 hour. As far as i know, the issue was with the water pump and they said that it has been identified the previous night. But they were not able to fix it for the next 12 hours. We have to change our plans completely only because of that delay. We were supposed to check out by 9am but we were only able to check out after 12:30pm.

I have stayed bhaskar's villa recently with my family. This villa is very near when you're wanna explore varkala cliff and beaches. Villa is spotless, greenary, cleaned and best place to stay at varkala. Great hospitality provided by mr. Vishnu and his home takecarer mr. Das. They will help you with whatever you want food, drinks, car, and other facilities you're looking for. Both he and his staff are very professional, helpful and amazing customer service delivered. Very glad that we had received such a great support in our vacation time. Thank you so much and much appreciated. I would be more happy to recommend this villa to my family and friends.
