There was no food provided, as mentioned in the booking, but I was shocked of the fact that they did not have regular drinking water and we had to buy water bottles from them. Also there was no room service, only the one at the beginning.

Hello Mr. Purushotam Kumar Singh, For your kind attention we haven't mentioned anywhere that we owe a restaurant at Eirlys. You can check your booking voucher about the food options. It's clearly mentioned that the price is Room Only. Every room owe a complimentary water bottle on their staying dates not on the check out date. Anything additional to the complimentary is chargeable extra. If everything goes as per booking then your check out time is 11 AM and you guys haven't checked out from the room until 1PM and not willing to do the extra payment. It's clearly informed from the Manager side that there will an additional charge for extension after 11AM. Firstly you guys agreed and then refused to pay. As you have stayed for two nights and we happily waived off the additional charges and asked only to pay the extra water bottle payment. We have taken your review seriously and will do the needful to focus more on the area you have mentioned. THANKS FOR THE REVIEW.!
