Review Of Betelnut Resort

PROPERTY LOCATION AND OVERALL FACILITIES ARE GOOD EXCEPT MOST OF IT FAILS DUE TO LACK OF PROPER MANAGEMENT. SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT CLEAN, GRASS NEAR CHILDREN PLAY AREA WAS NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED ATTRACTING MOSQUITOES AND INSECETS, DOOR WAS JAMMED PROBABLY DUE TO RAIN. ROOM SERVICE WAS GOOD.

Our stay at Beetlenut was nice. The service and care was top class. Everything about the stay was good except the pressure of water in the bathroom was average. Food at the stay is really nice. Overall experience was great. Food was good amenities were good services were good environment was hygienic. Felt secure

Staff was very good Even it was off season and we were alone couple in the resort they ensured we are safe, very much appreciated. Food was also great service was great swimming pool was clean environment all was good and very hygienic. Overall great experience

The stay was comfortable, the power backup was there, the staff was helpful, hot water available, the place was quiet as well, food was good but less variety, food price was on the higher side...

Had an amazing stay at Betelnut Resort! The natural surroundings were stunning. Peaceful vibe, great food, and super friendly staff. Totally recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

worst experience ever,the staff is really untrained and lacking as well, the receptionist is the waiter and other staff as well, they are not trained in hospitalilty, we stayed on a Monday and they didn't have any food available,Dall that they served was water and turmeric,they also closed the kitchen without taking the last order and while we were still eating, property is also not breezy and hot and humid,only cleanliness was good rest was all pathetic

AC was not working properly. It was throwing water after some time and making noise. We informed at reception and as per tgem it has issue and mechanic was working on it. then they called a mechanic but still it was giving same problem after sometime and it was dificult to survive in this hot weather with this problem and boking was for multiple days. Restaurant service found little slow with limited options. staff was very helpful which makes its positive point.we enjoyed at pool.that can be advantage.

I would say it is one of the best resorts in diveagar. luxury with affordable accomodation. nice food options. good hospitality. best part is spacious rooms with common swimming pool.

good stay, clean property. maintained ambience. just one disappointment that they didn't enable TV unit even after asking 2-3 times for it. had requested for a extra pillow and that also wasn't fulfilled. overall good stay

Perfect place for Family with separate cottage and small garden and play area for children. Limited options in food. Excellent service. Gated premises.

The hotel stay was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities in good condition. The staff was co-operative and helpful. The food was very tasty and had a homely flavour which was exactly that we were looking for during our trip. I would highly recommend Betelnut Resort for the stay as it's close to the beach as well.

Great place to be at. Well maintained property and polite staff. Ambience 5 Star Staff, Service 5 Star Veg food 3.5 stars.. This can be improved a bit. Lunch and dinner didn't met our expectations while breakfast was good. Location is 4.5 Star Parking is a little issue, as with 12 cottages, parking is not enough to park even 12 cars. Overall good experience...
