sab bahot achha tha but room me fan tak nahi tha i mean mana ki thanda area hai but fan to atleast hona chahiye baki sab bahot achha tha room bhi achhe the view bhi achha tha but jo bhi darjeeling jaa raha hai apne khane ka intjam kar ke jaye darjeeling me fika khana hi jada mile ga chatpata masle dar nahi best of luck for your trip

Room service are very poor ...

room and service was outstanding. staffs are very well behaved, helping and guiding for tour.

Very poor amenities. Common washroom for all customers even the room was also not clean.

Not good for couples, family. Bachlors stay is ok. No amenities, no food quality, no hygrnic, no spacious rooms, not qualitative mattress and cot. Do not ever opt that hotel room for the sake of only cheapest rate. You will cry later.

I did stayed there for a day actually room was very okayish and bathroom was very small and the bed was not even soft

The hotel and staff was great.

Very poor support and service. We waited for 2 hours to get a room. Toilets are very dirty. Although we paid every amount in advance asking by hotel to stay in balcony. Very unpleasant stay.

I found very bad experience could not explain everything is terrible just doing business not a single commitment from service side.

Please never book this hotel online, rooms are so dirty that there are dust on everything. Washrooms are very dirty and their is no heigine at all. No staffs for room service. No security. Terrible experience.
