Yes, we are aware of the power outages and we are at the mercy of MSEB, however we have battery inverters that keep the fans and lights running during these short breaks

Terrible Food Serc
1. The hotel is very clean, but the staff is very lazy. 2. The food is not tasty, and the timing for dinner and lunch is fixed. If you have any special food requirements, they won't make it for you. 3. If you ask for extra prawn curry during lunch, they simply say it's not available. If you ask for extra chapati, they tell you it's not there and you have to adjust. 4. The same issue happens during breakfast as well—there's no salt in the omelette and no sugar in the tea. 5. The only good thing about the hotel is its cleanliness; otherwise, all the services are terrible.

Dear Sir, We respect your review rating but do not agree to your reasonings behind it We took time to reply to your review as we wanted to check with our staff about the incidents which took place Our staff is our USP which can be seen from the various reviews posted We serve fresh, homemade food made with branded ingredients. While the food is of limited quantity as informed earlier we do serve supplements - in your case the prawns curry was served extra 3 times and chicken curry once. Extra Chapatis were also served, but you kept insisting on more and we had run short Tea served here is with less sugar, but we provide additional sugar as required - we are not sure of the omelette Sir, our staff confirms that they obliged you with all reasonable demands We are sorry we were not able to meet your expectations, hope we can do that in your next visit

Amazing Beachside Villa—Perfect Getaway with Friends
Stayed here with friends and had the best time! The villa was spotless, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool and indoor games kept us entertained, and the staff were so warm—it felt like home. Morning tea, meals, everything was just spot on. Can't wait to come back!

Very bad service serving expiry food behaving like a boss no wifi swimming is in a very bad condition owner giving threats and this is really scary not allowing to do warm water in kitchen for 2 months old baby

Dear Guest, We thank you for your review. However we do not agree to your statements. You were upset ever since you entered the Villa and continuously demanded for facilities beyond our ability Our Villa is for Families and Children Due to the Coastal sandy soil and our Indian culture we discourage wearing outside footwear inside the Villa. Our Kitchen, where we prepare homemade food is operated by a dedicated cook and we do not permit outsiders to use it We do not allow outside food to be brought and consumed in the Villa You wanted to wear your outside footwear inside. You wanted outside food to be brought inside and use our equipments to warm it. You wanted the cake that you brought to be stored in the fridge. While outside footwear was disallowed, the cake was kept in the fridge and given to you at 00:00 hours, your food was warmed up and given at 01:30 hours. The milk for your child was warmed and given - all by a person who stayed up late to serve you We regret we were unable to meet your demands, but you may please check the feedback from our other guests who do not have such complaints

We had a fantastic experience at beach heaven villa stay. There are multiple things that makes this villa better than others. 1. Warm welcome at the property with complementary tea, coffee or juice. 2. Villa has ample space for kids to play and roam around. 3. Cleanliness of shared spaces 4. Rooms are big in size with attached balcony. It has all the things that any 4 star hotel can provide. I was very much satisfied with cleanliness of rooms. 5. Smart tvs in all rooms gives a flexibility to watch content of your choice. 6. We ordered dal and rice for my son for dinner. Even after insisting, they did not charge us for same as it was for kid. It was a nice gesture. 7. Morning tea and coffee was complementary 8. Swimming pool is very clean. (we did not use it though as we didn’t had enough time) it also has sitting area beside pool. 9. Best thing mentioning at the last. Staff behavior- all the caret takers were very much helpful and polite. They made our stay more comfortable. Location wise, it’s at a walking distance from nandgao beach. Beach is clean and quiet. It doesn’t have any food shacks or water activities etc.

Excellent Stay
This place was calm and peaceful. Perfect location for stay besides beach. Well maintained and hygiene. Food was really nice. Less crowded. Beach was at walking distance. And kashid beach is around 12-15 min, same as murud. This place is centrally located between kashid and murud.

The place is very close to a quiet and peaceful beach. The vibe of the property is amazing. They only allow couples and families, no male groups making it feel safer and quiet.

family with 2 kidsThank you so much for hosting us. We loved the place. Entire villa was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming!! Special points to them. We ran late for checkout because of our kids and they were cooperative with us. If you are looking for a place near beach which has clean and hygienic rooms, home made tasty authentic maharashtrian food, swimming pool then this is the place for you. We stayed for 2 days and it was quite relaxing. The caretakers are very warm, polite and humble, they made us feel comfortable and made all the necessary arrangements. The food was very tasty. You can have authentic maharashtrian veg & non veg food. They serve in thali system or you can order separately. Prior order for food should be given as they make food as per the request. For breakfast they have set menu. They were quite generous while serving the food and took proper care that no guest is left unsatisfied. The swimming pool is clean and has seating area. The villa has clean and tidy rooms, the bathrooms are clean. It has some games like carrom and mini air hockey. The villa looks huge in pictures. It has limited play material for children. The surrounding is not that huge as there not much place to roam around. The environment of this villa is very positive and relaxing. Overall a big fat thumbs up to this villa, its owners and caretakers.
