It was one of the best stays and the rooms were spacious neat and clean altogether it was the best experience we had

we stay 2 days .i booked non AC because make my trip show all ac room are full but when I saw almost 60% rooms are empty no guest there I ask also recipsion lady says hotel are not full then I says we want ac room he take extra per day 1000 cash there no online payment options also not given ac bill.and night time lights gone and also I take food item there GST charges but no mention gst number as per my information there no gst below 2000 bill and my food bill was 1200 around .i think something cooking about bills

Elysium resort stay was good , we stayed in deluxe room 2 days , TV, A/C was good ,2 huge swimming pool made our stayed memorable, playing area was also good one!!!!! carrum, table tennis, cricket, table football & snake & ladder games for childrens was nice icing on top. Food was good one butter fulka, mixed veg sabji, dal tadka was nice one, sweet Khir was nice too, in breakfast upma, poha, aloo parathe was nice food items. only things should have improve is bedsheets ,towels, water, soap, & cleanliness . In evening mosquitoes are outside so management should have take care , ambience should have improve ...overall it was good experience

The location and the property is best bit the service and the restaurant is poor whatever we order it's take minimum 2 hrs to reach to you not maintain properly

It was a nice resort and wonderful swimming pool.The food was very tasty and delicious. The room and service were very nice and fast.

The food was burnt and not up to mark. The service was really bad. The host was very rude to us. Room's washroom's flush was not working. Upon request to repair, they took 30 minutes but still did not repair. We asked for change of rooms, they said no initially and told us that we can't change the rooms. However later on they changed the room in which the mattress was not up to the mark. We had to ask for basic facilities multiple times. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I have seen many positive reviews about Elysium Resort, and overall, it is a decent place. I believe it is suitable for a short stay of one or two days. However, since we stayed for 13 days, we had ample time to observe and experience both the positives and negatives of this resort. One of the best aspects of the resort is its lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere. However, the most disappointing part of our stay was the extremely rude behavior of the staff. They showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Initially, the service seemed acceptable, but after a few days, their attitude deteriorated significantly. Whenever we contacted the reception or dining staff, their unrefined and impolite responses were truly disheartening. Regardless of the other facilities the resort may offer, if the staff fails to treat guests with basic courtesy and respect, it undermines the entire experience. Therefore, I believe this resort deserves the lowest rating based on its service quality. I strongly urge the esteemed owner of Elysium Resort to provide proper training to the staff on guest hospitality and professional behavior.

Nice stay in mumbai specially in andheri area and near to airport and metro. It was a very good stay. Services are really good. Staff were nice and friendly

room is large. hotel far from beach. old property, lack of proper maintenance, swimming pool was not clean, food was good and tasty. only 1 towel was provided. games were broken and not maintained

they try to upgrade your room by saying your booking don't have ac in your room but it was clearly mention they will show you lot of amenities which u won't get pool was not clean don't have proper management almost 3 4 times lights gone

This property was suggested to me by a friend. It is an awesome property with good food, a relaxing environment, and supportive staff.

The resort should work upon their: 1) household things part. The bedsheet had 2 holes in it. Which should not be there. 2) tv recharge was over. This thing should had checked by them prior our arrival. 3) sofa cloth was torn. This doesn't look good. They should change it. 4) food was tasty but was too oily. They should use half the oil they are using now. 5) swimming pool should be more cleaner is what we feel.
