The positive side is the property is near the vicinity of the beach around 200 meters which is very convenient. Negative side is: properly is not big as shown in the pics, car parking is congestive.

Room and toilet were clean. Staff was helpful. Biggest selling point is swimming pool and 200-300 may distance from beach. Approach to beach is not clean though. Dinner we ordered was decent in taste. If you would staying out for entire day and will return to the room only in the eve. This could be a better choice. But for the price i paid it was a bit over priced. Televisions did not work due to electrical problems

coupleVery peaceful stay. Just a few feet from the beach. Food is very cheap here and yummy. The pool is pretty clean too. You can walk to the beach, enjoy, walk back and shower near the pool. In case something is required in the room, the service is swift, right from cleaning, to room service.

Over all it was good experience (food and room service) but there were few customers who were smoking hukka/shisha at the pool which was disturbing. After complaining, manager asked them to stop but they continued doing the same and manager did not asked them to stop again. This let go approach was not at all acceptable.

familyProperty was good especially pool. However there is no item for kids apart from pool. Kitchen is limited with food item. Rooms were good. Location is nice just 100 mt far from beach. Do not compare beach with goa one as they are not cleaned. Overall stay was good but there is lack for entertainment incase you are not coming with group, you have to engage yourself your own.
