location wise the property is very near to the beach but the beach itself is very dirty as there is garbage near the beach. But the food as well as service was very good. we had very delicious fish and chicken. The cook was very good. whenever we wanted the room to be cleaned and tea, coffee.....we got everything at once and the behaviour was also very good. but at this price, the furnitures should have been modern. the bedside wall is just a partition and not a wall. the basin is provided inside the room and the room was very shabby and smelly(must be of some room freshner). The cupboard was a very old one. The bed mattress was very hard and not a soft one and hard pillows.

its location is good, in that, it's almost exactly between the kashid and murud-janjira beaches; so that's the convenience factor. the actual approach to the property is, however, a bit iffy, especially if you are in a sedan or an suv. parking, inside the property, is just adequate for 3 cars/suvs, and that's saying a lot. some deft maneuvering is needed to drive in & out if more than one 4-wheeler is parked. it being a homestay, don't expect a decent hotel's room service or its bells & whistles. the host, viraj, does his best to make the stay as comfortable as is possible. he's polite, always available on call to attend one's needs as much as is feasible. meals are available on prior request and are tastefully prepared. he has able help from mahesh kaka. our room was a 'sea-view' one from which we could see and hear the waves breaking on the adjacent nandagaon beach. lot of surrounding greenery and a well-tended lawn is an attraction. the parking is in the lawn. dining, with tables and chairs, too. a small, marked area to dance is also provided. the room lacked a tv, a luggage rack. also, a wire-mesh could cover the bathroom window to prevent insect entry. the room and bathroom were clean.

The stay was very good with beach at walkable distance. The homemade food was delicious. The caretaker viraj is helpful if we need anything.

The stay is quite affordable but clean and hygienic at the same time. The rooms are smaller than what would be required for a family, but they are ideal for bachelors or couples. There is enough space for parking 2-3 small cars in the property itself. The beach is quite accessible (max. 100 metres from property. Also, the market is quite near to the property. The food is made fresh and is made by the locals themselves. Whatever problems you face, the owner will be there to solve them. Everyone is friendly.

Room was very small and congested with no space around the bed geyser was removed and missing and hot water was provided in buckets on request mixer tap knob was out of place and was placed aside above issues spoiled the pleasure of my trip i had gone with my spouse on pleasure trip to enjoy my wedding anniversary

The location is excellent near to private beach and provides lot of privacy and calmness. The homemade food is delicious and hosts sahil and viraj were very supportive

It was a memorable group trip for us. The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The location was easily accessible, it was 3 to 4 km from Kashid beach. The tents were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The property was good for group stay.
