Review Of Beach Elegance Service Apartment

I had booked this place for my family(with my aged parents) and on reaching the place found that the place is overbooked. I had to fight with agents to find a place and the entire family was waiting at the gate for an hour.

Not at all livable and not as shown in the website

Front of hotel there is a slum and there is no privacy full drunker's looking at you all the time. Room no neatness full of garbage we had to clean the room and the washroom. Waste of money.

Cleanliness should be taken care of, and room Service too

The hotel is in a great location but the neighborhood is not well maintained.

Very bad experience. No cleanliness. No power backup. No restaurant in hotel. Very interior. No near by restaurant. No professional staff. Very rude staff. No water bottle, basic needs. Not expected

This place is in an extremely obscure location. Not easy to find. No restaurants or amenities nearby. No coffee or tea was provided. We even had to go out to purchase our own water bottles. Hot water not working. I booked a beach facing room and was given a room with no balcony or view. Only a bed sheet is given no proper blankets. Room and bathroom overall clean. No customer service whatsoever. Only stay here if you are really keen to be near the beach otherwise absolutely not worth it.
