I didn’t expect this palace to be so beautiful, but it was unexpected. It was an adventure for me and I really liked the atmosphere there. The people there are very nice and their pet, I love it.hope I’ll visit again

It was a worst experience in my life I book two room king size bed , suite type , when reach at property . No one open the gate , wait there for 40 minutes and it is really ba experience . At 1.30 AM in night was searching. Another hotel due to this

We were the only guests. The place looked run down. Finally moved out and stayed elsewhere in chittorgarh

The room was fine and people were nice but outside was not clean and very shabby, there was no proper reception and not enough staff. Food options were very very limited. They need a professional touch.

Bass i fort palace is the worst place i have every seen. It's like a ruin. Very badly kept. Broken light fittings, naked hanging wires, dust and dried leaves outside the room. Swimming pool only by name. I left immediately even though i did not get refund for one day

Hi, this hotel is beautiful and the hospitality is awesome. They need to look into maintenance aspects a bit so that guests feel fully comfortable - overall very good.

Heritage room was beautiful and luxurious. Tea was excellent. Food was offered according to choice and was yummy. Water was not charged. Good and cordial staff and welcoming hospitality.

This hotel is good for a stay with family. It is far from the city but it's convenient. Food was good. Aalu parotha was wonderful in test

This was my second time staying at bass i fort resort and i was instantly recognized and welcomed by the staff. The first time was with my parents and this time i was traveling solo. Both times, we were upgraded to superior rooms, treated like royalty with great service and hospitality. If you long for a quite stay away from the city and still be treated like royalty, i couldn’t recommend a better place around chittorgarh!

Hotel is in village area, one can get good opportunity to explore rajasthan culture but food quality is bad and no other option because you will not find any restaurent nearby. Rooms are good with a drawing room and bed room combo, they should do something for food quality and also add some activities.

The property is nice and clean. You’re bound to have a great time if visiting as a big group. The caretaker is friendly and is also an amazing cook. However, the room charges that we paid are too high for the location and the quality of the rooms. I would have given a complete rating if the room tarrif was 3000 and not 5000.

No one knows where the hotel was and nearby place was not safe for couples and local people suggest not to stay in that hotel as it is not safe so we had quit the option to stay there. Due to security purpose

This place can be a paradise for group travellers. Then you can really enjoy.
We booked two standard rooms at bass i fort which were upgraded to suite rooms as we were the only guests at the hotel. There was no one to check-in. Just one bell boy who opened rooms for us. He had no idea about bassi wild life century or dam or whatever. We repeatedly asked for someone knowledgeable and who can tell us more. Finally, mr. Manoj appeared in the evening around 5:00 pm. He is the only staff member you see there. He took us around but unfortunately the wild life century was closed. He took us around the bassi dam. Nothing much to do there. We clicked some pics and came back. Manoj arranged dinner which was pre-booked with our booking. It was a simple home cooked food with limited quantity and options. Soup was delicious. Palak pane-er was ok but no refill was available. Breakfast was again very limited in terms of options. No activities such as folk dance or swimming pool as promised on mm t listing. Tv recharge was done after we checked in. Overall its a brilliant property but due to covid or lack of proper marketing the occupancy is very low. I think it needs a lot more marketing to attract visitors which will solve all the hospitality related issues.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Felt very much at home. The staff is very helpful. We asked him to cook some seasonal food for us, and mohan surprised us. If you are lucky, you might run into the owner of the property (who stays in the haveli some part of the year. An ex military officer with tons of war stories. Overall, great experience. We will come back.

Have been staying at bass i palace hotel for many years now. Always a clean, well ventilated and hygienic room appointed with good service. Value for money stay with safe parking and polite staff. Delicious food with bonfire is a winter special.

This happens to be our first road trip post lockdown and we end up staying in this calm, peaceful and tranquil place in a small village called bassi. With covid fear still on our mind, we were definitely expecting a clean and hygienic space with few people around. Our fears waived off as soon as we reached the place as we were the only family in the hotel when we checked in. They upgraded our room to a royal suite. The room was clean with neat and fresh linen, the bathroom looked really old (needs a lot of work )but was clean so served the purpose. The main attraction of the hotel for us was "the kalpavriksha" or the "wish bearing tree. The beauty of the magnificent tree is a sight to behold. The densely branched tree with spreading crown and drooping branches covers most part of the courtyard. Having a cup of tea under its shade in the morning and gazing at its branches brought a lot of joy and relaxation. They were under-staffed as a result of the covid outbreak. But we were still looked after well by the ones present. A special mention for mohan bhaiya here is a must. Our evening chats with highly knowledgeable and informative colonel randhir singh and meeting his wonderful family would always stay as an unforgettable memory in our hearts.

It is a lovely property that’s well maintained with good staff and tasty food. The staff training needs a slight push but otherwise a great experience. The best part is that it’s just off the highway and not too far inside too. About 25 kms from Chittor Fort. A great alternative to hotels in town.
