Dear Sir, Thank you for your recent feedback regarding your stay with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to respectfully address an important matter that occurred on 16th August 2025, during the Janmashtami function held in our garden area (7:00 PM – 11:30 PM). During this time, you and your friend began consuming alcohol on the rooftop, which is a direct violation of our hotel policy that prohibits alcohol consumption in open or public areas. Our staff approached you politely and requested that the activity be discontinued, but the request was declined. Later in the evening, you insisted that food be served on the rooftop, where alcohol was still being consumed. Despite this inappropriate behaviour, our team remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, due to our strict adherence to hotel policy, we were unable to fulfil that request. While we understand this may have led to some dissatisfaction, our policies are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.
