The staff at the welcome desk was really very good . The services offered to us were very prompt . Despite very crowded and festive time they did manage very well . Breakfast and dinner was really tasty . Very clean hotel and good fort view from the hotel . They have a very large green garden where family can sit together under the moonlight while viewing the fort . All the best team Kukda resort .

The property itself is decent, but the service and staff are extremely disappointing. Honestly, you’ll find much better hospitality at a simple lodge or dharamshala. If you have an early morning train, I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel. They will demand extra charges for early check-in, even if the hotel is completely empty. And even after paying, you will not receive any real facilities in return. Inside the room, you’ll have to call room service for the smallest things, and even then, the service is very slow.

The room was just okay nothing exceptional, but manageable for a short stay. However, the biggest letdown was the breakfast. It was far below expectations in both quality and variety. Definitely an area that needs serious improvement. With a better dining experience, the overall stay could have been much more enjoyable.
