The location is fine, but the property is poorly maintained. Cleanliness is a major issue – the room was not cleaned even after repeated requests. Food quality was also very poor. Overall, a disappointing experience. Towel bed sheets were not changed.

It was really terrible. it was worst stay. Room allotted on 4th floor, lift not working till checkout, No wifi as committed, TV was not working, bathroom flush not worked though called customer care.

as per view and basic service requirements not provide... in bathroom water not come, After complaints 3 hours they started... but in washbasin there was likage of water and very dirty feeling....

Property is at good location and very well constructed in large area however, maintenance needs improvement. 1. No geyser/warm water in room. 2. Rooms could have been more clean. 3. Hall had lot of flies (hygene issue) 4. Bedsheets and towels could have better. 5. Generator does not start automatically in case of power failure (which is frequent. If staying with kids, kindly consider the cleanliness and hygiene. On positive side : staffs were good and cooperative.

The stay at kundan leela was really refreshing. The food was very good. The location and ambience was good. A fresh feeling while staying there.

We had a horrible experience. Don't ever stay in such a hotel. There was no power, internet, hot water, telephone, hand faucet etc. Etc. The staff was totally unruly, quarellsome, very unfriendly, adamant and arrogant. If you want to get a haunted experience this is one place, otherwise it is total waste of money

manager, waiter, room boy, all in one no hot water gyser, room sleeper, no napkin in bathroom i feel just like road side dhaba. I have no image. This is a bad property, ni quality breakfast, only idle y, sambhar, and bred butter and tea

Good place to stay all safety measures followed

A very neat and tidy hotel with spacious rooms to stay. Had a wonderful stay here and definitely will spread the word to others to choose this hotel for their preferred stay as they provide the best hospitality similar to 5 stars and secondly every staff are familiar with the in-house guest. The in-house restaurant f lava offers a mouthwatering dish that u will definitely crave for

On our way from baroda to sawai madhopur, this was ideal place for one overnight stay

Asked for availability of geyser during checkin. They said they have a central geyser which works in the morning hours. Didn't work. They asked me to waste a few bucket of water before i get the hot water. 30 mins went by without any hot water. Then then brought a bucket of "hot" water. Which was cold. They didn't even check what they were providing. Do not check in to this hotel if you want a hot shower/ bath after a long day traveling. Food wasn't great but it was edible.

This hotel does not seem to follow any safety standards. None of the staff seem to be concerned about hygiene, with none of them wearing masks. They have a sign outside saying "no mask, no entry, but they seem to have forgotten about it themselves. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels were used and dirty. Room was not cleaned and sanitized. Complete lack of hygiene in times of corona.

Rooms were really good and spacious. Washrooms were good and clean. Has good space for car parking. Little outside the chittorgrah main city so area is not too crowded. Just found two disadvantages. 1. There is a railway track near by so we sometimes hear train sounds. 2. Showers don’t have separation of rubber layers with washrooms. Would rate 4. 5/5
