every thing was good but the issue was that tv were not working. food was not available as I reached late so nonissue in that. rest rooms were clean

Property is average at a good location with easy access to market. Food is good too but little overpriced. The major issue is that there is no option to lock the door from inside other than the standard lock whose key is also available with the hotel staff. This means they have access to any room at anytime even without your consent. This is a huge safety gap. Also the staff lack gratitude in their behaviour. They also tried to open my room twice.. once without knocking and once without waiting for me to open the door. I went with my wife and felt really unsafe. Also the wifi was not working. Considering these factors I had to shift to other hotel for the next two days of my stay at Chittaurgarh. The owner was humble enough to make our 2 bottles of water complementary the next day. I would request the owner to look into these issues and resolve them at the earlist for a much better experience.

My 1st night was the worst day. This hotel neither had car parking nor any other facility. The food was also not good. They gave me only tea and poha for breakfast. They did not even have anything for this. The prices of some other things are written in their menu but they give the bill for some other thing while saying that their menu has not been updated yet

The room was Ok but hot water was not available in the bathroom. Every hotel should ensure basic things.

Stay was comfortable and pleasant with all basic amenities. The rooms were hygienic and maintained. Check in and check out process was smooth.

It is near to station and staff is polite. But there are some facts which i need to put. The super deluxe room has no window. The back up power slow is not good and we were without supply for more than there for four hours. You had to ask for toiletries and towel. The food has limited menu but taste is good. The hotel staff is polite. Hope they put efforts for our concerns.

Had a wonderful stay at hotel royal inn. They have excellent rooms and well mannered staff.

Bad experience, first no parking, then no resturent, complimentary breakfast was only tea and veg sandwich that too 1 time in room service, rude attitudes of staffs

It's was a nice stay, having good & polite staff and taking care of our luggage to & fro from my car.
