Room cleaning is not good

Not provided basic amenities like complementary water , wash room was very unhygienic, stuff was very rude.

Property location - near to station ( bus rail) food quality - good supportive staff & owner of hotel.

Cleaning was very poor, toilet was horrible, the blanket was in torn. After discussing blanket changed but was very dirty. Basic facilities like water not available

How can you suggest this type of terrible hotel to your clients where rats are wondering in your room

Near to rail track so frequently getting disturbance of trail noise. Rooms are not so clean and upto the mark compared to they charged.

I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Suffocated Rooms: The rooms were cramped and uncomfortable. 2. AC Issues: The air conditioning was not working, making our stay quite uncomfortable. 3. No Hot Water: We were unable to access hot water during our stay, which is unacceptable. 4. Unprofessional Staff: When I approached the owner to discuss these issues, he was dismissive and used abusive language. His behavior towards my family and me was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The air-conditioning did not work and they asked to change me the rooms several times as a solution. This happened in the night from 12:30 to 2:30, disturbing my whole night. I was not at all satisfied with the service and found my stay wasted. Please think before booking stays with these hotel.

Location was great. Place is ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is good. Would stay again.

The rooms are not maintained especially the bathrooms which is not clean and smelly, when we asked them to clean the bathroom, they just poured water without any soap or cleaning agent. Ac in one of the rooms was not working. The tea which was served to us was stale. It's made a long time back and they just reheat it and serve when the customer asks. The food menu has lots of items including non veg but when we asked them for a non veg item, they stated that the non veg items in the menu are only to comply with the hoteling regulations and not served in house. Lastly, well before the stay is over they asked me to give them five star rating even without serving properly. Overall not a pleasant stay

Overall good experience, good hotel, good location

We had a harrowing experience. This hotel is not worth being a hotel but in reality is a dharamshala. I am a mmtblack member and i do not want to refer you or the hotels you list in the app worthy of being listed as hotel.
