Unclean toilets leaking taps and smell in rooms wiring has come out of walls

While the location and property is good, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes it a terrible place to stay. You will find dirt covered floors, windows etc. the bed sheets, pillow covers and blankets are full of stains.

Location was hood, but the property was not upto the charges. It had smelly rooms, non working flush, tap leakage. Checked out in 1 hr, and booked another hotel nearby.

Worst hotel. Management is not good. First when i went to check in, desk person is not even know we have booking with this hotel. Second, i specifically booked superior room but room is not per picture shared.. Don't book this hotel. Room condition is very poor. Hotel property is also not maintained properly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The room i was assigned was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dust and stains on the furniture and bedding. Additionally, the hot water was not working, which made for an uncomfortable shower experience. On the positive side, the staff were responsive and did their best to address my concerns promptly. They were polite and tried to resolve the issues, but ultimately, the lack of cleanliness and the hot water issue really impacted my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.

Ac problem bathroom problem hotel needs more maintainence. Swimming pool is not that clean.

Rooms were not very hygienic. Bed rolls should have been changed. They have changed us for using swimming pool. Which was not mentioned any where other wise. Generally it is a complimentary at every property.

Very helpful staff n owner. Very early check in. Delicious food. Big premises n garden n play area for kids

Good location, room size suitable for 3 person, staff is very helpful, electrical connection of heater and exhaust fan in bathroom is unsafe naked wire in plug may contact with water during bath need urgent attention

It was bad stay, washroom are not good, staff are not supporting, blanket are not good

There was lack of cleanliness. Pillow covers & bedsheets were not clean.

Poor standards. Poor hygiene in Delux room.. poor facilities ..

So so it was good

Behavior is not good, kit was not good and hotel room was also not looking good.

Good place to stay with family and friends

The Hotel was nice the ambient was also good Hotel also have their own restaurant so it was quiet good for us because we were very tired but the location of the Hotel is quiet out of the City.

Room service was great. The heater was not working so a blower was provided. Also, on asking, a electric kettle was given.
