very helpful staff and food is also good.. over all hotel is excellent 👌 and also I want to say hotelside view is very awesome

1. Swimming pool was shown a part of hotel but there is no swimming pool! 2.Electricity load shedding issues happened 3 to 4 times 3.Bathroom fittings were rustfull 4. Bucket was broken 5. No cleaning and very unhygienic environment 6. Soggy smell everywhere 7. Poop of rats were found on the mattress! 8. Breakfast was ice cold.

Room and wash room were not clean and room was stink

the service of hotel is very poor everywhere smell around in the room smelling bedsheets washroom the breakfast is low quality I never want to stay there anymore..

Very smelly and unhygienic rooms. Mice were roaming around and room was really smelly and bed also smelled a lot. My wife did not let me sleep whole night complaining about room. I was not able to sleep either due to these conditions.

location wise hotel is very good, but room which was provided was not cleaned properly, sealan on wall's, dust on the TV shelf, and Almera. Bathroom pipe was not proper, after complaining they fix it. and the price 3400 deal for a family room this property does not deserve. Totally Unsatisfied. Roof top restaurant was very good , night view of fort looking awesome. food quantity was AVG and little costly

Amazing stay, Exceptional Reception Staff, Housekeeping staff also quite supportive, Restaurant Staff as well , rooftop places with all amenities with tremendous view of Chittorgarh Palace. Would recommend for family and friends both.

Location wise Hotel is at easily accessible place. Hotel Manager, Receptionists and other staff are very polite, humble and cooperative. Room was neat and clean and wasprovided with proper amenities but bathroom accessories were not working properly. Food's taste was ok. Overall nice and pleasant stay. Hotel stay are very Good. Hotel staff is very polite behaviour. But online priceses is diffrence day wise. I am also one time booking cancel then again booking priceses both time are diffrent. Please if correct

The rooms were not clean. They changed 4 rooms then I had to adjust with whatever I got. Room had a leakage in the bathroom tap. The AC was not working, I saw a mouse roaming in the room. The room intercom was faulty. The plates and utensils were dirty. The staff tried to resolve but were helpless themselves. Looks like the hotel staff is not professional and don't know how to look after the services and amenities. Overall had a bad experience. Will never stay in future neither would recommend to anyone.

Good experience in hotel. Good food on rooftop restorent. Hassle-free approach to hotal. Nearby the office.

Food is not making perfect washroom in not available towel shampoo soap so over all is poor experience in this property and four and five time call then one response so I don’t like this

The hotel is good, the staff is also good, the rooftop is nice too . The fort is visible from the rooftop.

It is centerly located,food is good,Regarding amenities,it is very poor.Highly unhygienic wash room,that there is no exhaust fan and the level of floor is uneven ,causing stagnation of water .regarding service,it is average.
