Hotel imperia was only for accommodation purpose that is service for room only. I have booked room for 3 adult and 1 child. Only ro water was provided. Ac was working good. Tv was fitted but no set top box available. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. There was no room service/restaurant in hotel. I am giving rating as average as the room and bathroom was clean.

Room stay was terrific even fan was not working hard to use bathroom in pitch dark as no light was there bedsheets were dirty never suggest e thease type of hotels in mm t please improve your rating algo.

We booked a deluxe room but services are so poor. They don't even understand what is the meaning of deluxe room. Management staf is also not good.

A stay in not so good location

Pathetic room. There was only one staff cum caretaker and one guest which was me in the whole Hotel. Only two people in a Hotel far from City. I was feeling very unsafe and insecure there. Only one light was there in the whole room. The whole Hotel had this issue and it was really dark there. No telephone in the room. Not even reception was there. Overall there was nothing good which can be praised.
