It was under construction when we checked-in the extra things was not ready like water bottles, towels, brushes,shampoo,shops after the checked-in they provided also due to the rain lift was not working and one of the room stinking of smoking Rooms are good but the services and feeling are below average

Very bad Smell from pillows, there was no food in morning from hotel side because chef was not there. They ordered samsosa and chai which was not great.

I did not stay there. It was horrible and insecure.Since u have suggested this property and I did not stay there I have requested for refund kindly expedite refund.

nice property, good ambiance and staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative. Great place to stay in a small budget.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Great ambiance. Helpful staff and very good parking. Lift is fast. Room is spacious with good layout. Hotel location is also a plus.

Restaurant is not only and other things are very good. Room service is very good and response immediately

Rooms are clean and spacious. Property doesn’t have full fledged Restaurant. We dinner, which they brought from outside. Complementary breakfast is not upto the mark. Overall average stay.

Hospitality was not good at anant resort there was no chief they bring food from outside the hotels.

Property location is very near to the road but surrounded by factories itself was a factory earlier now converted into a resort. Its a very new resort under installation, there are no basic facilities available in the room like fridge, castle, you can connect wifi without internet, dish tv not recharge. Immature staff, manager does no how to maintain the hotel facilities, no kitchen and breakfast is available here. Owner of this report is a very nice person but have to hire good experience person to run this hotel, there is a 2-3 days dead cat lying in the garden but no bother to take care. No security guards but gated resort.

The property was new so properly maintained. Only issue was a small mistake i did during booking where i put age of both my kids as 5 year which was actually 4, 12 years. This could have been waived off during stay but was not done even though we did not use any additional facilities. Else everything was fine.

on the front face, the property looks good. we booked a family room. once entering the room, all looked good, but once we removed the blanket, we found dead mosquitoes and a spider in the bed. we requested to change the sheets, there was a lizard in the room behind the Ac, which keeps coming out in the dark . the room is not equipped with kettle and hair dry. You have to ask for it. it was provided but had to call thrice. in the morning, we had late check out because preparation of breakfast took time, also our complete order was not delivered, and then took time in preparation. The bathroom shower was not working. I had to call for desk, it took another 20 minutes to get it done. This all leads to a delay in checkout. also, at the front desk board, check out time is 11am, and we confirmed with hotel staff about it. but then we were asked to immediately check out at 11.05 and were told to check out, or we will be charged for the next day. hotel front desk was not taking responsibility for delay due to them, started talking rudley. we never shared our next booking with them,and which hotel gives evening check-in timings? as they have mentioned in the reply. I would like to make complaints against this hotel as it is not good for family with children.. I have posted picture which clearly says checkout time 11am, we are doen by 11.20 due to delay in breakfast preparations also the person who is writing response is the one who took time in even preparing bill which was not prepared before hand. don't add your delay time as our extended stay. your reply speaks of your hospitality.

Room is clean. Staff are well behaved & cooperative. Good quality food etc.

Worst service they don’t even serve breakfast yet they have charged for it. The room were not cleaned and the staff was not listening to the orders

Nothing provided in the room. All services mentioned at the time are given only when you ask for it. Our room had a lizard. I had to ask kettle twice, and then it was provided. Food is below average. The front desk guy is full of attitude, thinks he is running 7 star hotel. Expect guests to follow all guidelines and is ready to miss behave with visitors. Although the hotel is average. Checkout time mentioned on board is 11 hrs, but according to them, it means 10. We took 20 min more to check out as we are familwith kids. Got insult in reward and was told that he has extended our stay as checkout time is 10am. Then i showed him the board that they had at reception. Was ready to charge us for the next day as we extended our stay by 15 min.

Good. Overall experience is good. Nice place and smooth landing at hotel. Nice staffs and rooms are cleaned.

Property was good location, staff was very cooperative and provides good service. Clean and great hospitality experience. Highly recommended. Amazing experience in chittod. Thank you anant resort for wonderful hospitality.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.
