My booking was including morning breakfast. I was confirm the breakfast time of 17th Aug. to the reception they will say 7 am at morning. but when we will go for breakfast they was say breakfast not available till 9 am. So we will check out from hotel because my tour planning was continue to the next place. No towel available in room my money was waste.

Massive and very beautiful property, located on main road away from walled city. Behaviour of staff was excellent.

Bad experience as the room, is dirty which include bed sheet, blanket and bathroom and food is average as we take breakfast included with room and services are poor as we booked a superior room but in room neither tv nor cell phone is there and at reception also no person is there to attend.

Bad room no extension no proper room service. Property is good from outside but room is very dirty bathroom was not working properly and staff is not corporative

From the looks of it, it was not good at all considering the other charges. The room in the hotel was in very bad condition and was not even clean. The bathroom was not flushing. Even drinking water. Not right. Service is also not right

The location is good but staff corporation is bad no one available at reception and I booked a superior room but in that room tv and cell phone is not there and cleaning is not good and have smell in there room and mattress and blanket. Completely terrible service and deserve bad rating, so not recommended.

Food was very bad. Room was lower than shown in image. Less crowd and big hotel with 100s of rooms empty

They didn't even have towels available. Lights were not working in the room and even a person was not available to give a response.

Lovely hotel lovely hotel and staff breakfast and was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials hotel central everything we needed for a short visit to helsinki

Very poor service, no facility for breakfast, poor connectivity specially in night. Dirty bed linen, rooms, overall not fit for stay. Will never recommend.
