The kids loved the pool and activities, while we enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and great service. The food options were delicious and catered well to both adults and children. Everything was well-maintained and family-friendly, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable. The resort offered the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We truly had a memorable time and would gladly return. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

This is a wonderful stay in the midst of a forest as suggested aptly by its name. The lush greenery throughout the property makes one feel serene and calm. Various activities keeps one engaged. The villas are fabulously designed adding to the luxury. The food was also good, we enjoyed it. The staff, especially the manager was very kind, courteous and helpful. Overall we had a memorable stay.

The team was proactive in checking on our whereabouts and incredibly accommodating, especially with our child's meal preferences. Their attention to detail made all the difference. A special shout-out to Mr. Prem, who went the extra mile to arrange a beautiful candlelight dinner with a cake on such short notice—it was a wonderful surprise! Mithun ensured we were well-fed at all times, and Adersh, along with the housekeeping team, always greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel genuinely special. Even when we had to leave at 4:30 AM, they thoughtfully packed breakfast for us—now that’s service that truly stands out! The resort continues to grow, adding new activities and enhancing the experience for guests. While a small stretch of the road leading to the resort is under repair, it is still motorable and should be fully completed before the monsoon season. The restaurant and rooms were spotless, sporting facilities were well-maintained, and the pool was clean. For families traveling with elderly members, the resort allows cars to drive right up to the rooms, making accessibility hassle-free. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and we highly recommend Banasura Jungle Resort! A big high-five to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.

The property is located in a beautiful scenic location in the middle of lush greenery and the villa we stayed in was the one with attached pool and it was very convenient they had really nice views and food was great as well

We had a lovely and peaceful stay, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We booked the 2NHK private pool villa, which was fantastic. The villa itself offers some beautiful scenic views, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. A special mention to Athul and Mithun – they were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their service truly enhanced our experience.

Excellent property to visit, good staff and cottages. Close to nature stay i must satay

Even though the looks are good basic amenities are missing. 1) there are 30 steps to the villa. Which makes it not accessible for elderly. My parents had to stay inside room without coming out. 2) telephone for room service is missing and no mobile range. Had to go to downhill every time. 3) no ac in room. 4) no geyser available. In one bathroom even-though machine is there no gas cylinder connected. Even after multiple requests it's not connected. After some time they didn't even look at our face and walk away when we ask for it. 5) there was television in room but battery for remote was not there. During initial 3 times they said they said they will send it. After some time they said there is no cable or wifi connection so even if they give battery tv won't work. 6) no wifi as it's mentioned. 7) no tea/coffe bags. And had to walk down hill to get a tea. And this anyway not possible for elderly. 8) no food option other than buffet. But food taste is ok.

It is perfect for a short break. Everything here was clean and well taken care of, the staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable

makemytrip crew has called us at checkin time and told us due to a technical glitch the room was not available and said they have arranged an upgrade to a better place.The place they arranged was horrible. It was a small property with very little room to roam around, food was not served properly on time, the room was small compared to the cottage I have booked and the only pros was the staff was friendly.
