Worst hotel we ever stayed
Very bad and smelling bed sheets, pillows and blanket and the worst part it that they are charging 2500 for the same room and we have paid 5610 to mm t this was not expected from mm t i will never use mm t ever in my future for hotels booking

Property denied checkin, gave our room to walk-in on higher rates
familyOn the day of our booking, there was very much rush in dhanaulti, due to long new-year weekend. Most of the hotels were sold out & we were paid for our 3 rooms for 6 adults & 4 kid a in advance & our booking was confirmed. But after that also they give our room to other walk-in on higher rates & didn’t arranged any alternatives also, we get very much difficulty.

Exceptional hospitality. The owner's polite and very responsive. The view from the resort feels magical, especially the sunset. I was lucky to witness snowfall here

The place of the property was awesome. The surrounding area was very peaceful. The room was big and very well maintained as well as neat and tidy. The staff was so helpful and well behaved. The food was delicious and hygienic. Must recommend the property to others.

Not up to the mark
Stay was fine but it was not up to the mark, cleanliness was an issue. The washroom and room were not clean though they cleaned after the call. The staff was supportive.

It was a good stay

Pathetic
Way overpriced, no facility kit in room not even basic water bottle, no consideration for an infant, paid per room for 9 rooms and we couldn't get a single water bottle or a soap or a hand towel or gracious presentation of food, had to pay money for one glass of milk which wasn't even full, even after telling them that our 1 year old needs at least 200 ml for one feed, but the boy over there didn't have the calibre to understand the requirements of a 1 year old. If you get the room for less and can have food and amities from outside the view's good from there, but don even thinks about paying more than 3 for that horrible facility.

Dear Mr.Goyal, thank you for your feedback. As discussed with you, Dhanaulti is an off-beat location with limited facilities. Also, we have uploaded all our facilities available and unavailable on MMT and GOIBIBO, so as no bitter surprise come to our clients. Regards the quantity of milk, we have notified the hotel management. We assure you they are working upon it. Regards soap, we have toiletries in every room. In case of replenishment, its free of charge. We would again like to highlight the fact that its a Resort at an off-beat location. And would not be able to serve you all the amenities of a 4/5 star hotel. We hope you would allow us another chance to service you at out property. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Everything is excellent but electricity is a poor minimum four to five hours is electricity is failed.
