Booked bamboo resort but room allocated in another hotel but it's good

Booked property was something and got different property

Just a budget homestay. Nothing in kitchen. Dont expect much. Rooms are big but washrooms are very small abed avg clean

It’s a great budget cottage to stay with a pretty decent price in a great location

Not hygienic and poor amenities

Great place to stay with a group of friends. Centrally located at Yercaud. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all modern facilities. The hosts and staffs were cooperative and responsive. The food was hygienic, good but could have improved. Highly recommend the property to others.

The location of the property was very good, it was near to every main attraction. The room was very nice and beautiful. The property was very clean and the interior was good. I really liked the property. One thing I need to mention that the served me breakfast a bit late. Surely going to recommend this property to others.

When reached hotel they told room are full. They gave room in another property.

Had a peaceful stay and enjoyed with friends and spoil thanks to MakeMyTrip team. We booked a duff room and due to technical glitch it got cancelled and the company team organising the stay with a duff hotel. Company team is great at customer service. Keep up your good work.
