Good atmosphere with good service. The room was clean and well-maintained. The rooftop restaurant served good food with a pleasant ambiance. The only limitation I noticed was that breakfast service begins only at 8:30 am. Conveniently located in the town area, close to the lake.

This property is located very near to the Yercaud lake. The rooms are very neat and spacious. Morning breakfast is very good. The staff are very good and supportive. Easily accessible location. In 2 mins walk you can reach the Lake. Really nice stay and best suitable for the family.

Rooms are clean and service is good

Rooms were well maintained but there is no landline phone to connect or get assistance from the reception, I need to use my mobile phone to call them. Also, I opted for dinner in my plan but the dinner was not good and they had selected food. Breakfast was good. Overall not worth the money. I can pay 2500 or 3000 not more than that.

Apart from breakfast everything else is damn bad. There is no proper house keeping,rooms are very dirty,sheets are not clean, you can see the corridors dirty without proper lighting. In short don’t go by the photos as shared by the property owner ,nothings matches in actual. It would be not wrong to call h to is place a third standard lodge and not hotel at all. Everything is untidy,very low grade place. Not at all worth spending a penny here.

i have booked Brizo room but they gave me the normal 2 person room, saying that there's some photos mismatch in make my trip app. After the discussion with hotel manager, then they provided me the actual booking room Brizo. Hotel is fine. breakfast is good.

The property was excellent and very center to all place, the time we went yercaud had a wonderful climate. Overall the experience is awesome. Food was extraordinary and vey very good.

The reception and cafeteria staff are quite efficient, but the property needs some care to cope up with the weather challenges. Food is available and good quality but the pricing could be worked out a bit better, additional garden and the ambience tries to cope up with the prices but still feels on a bit higher side.
