Hotel Maharaj

The hotel is a little old. Cleanliness definitely can be improved. No intercom available so for little help you have to go to reception every time which is frustrating.

Location-Good Services - Hot water didn't come properly and TV was not working properly. Room and Bed were good Didn't try food.

location is fine, but the hotel didn't have running water for 3 hrs & also heater was not on until we requested twice. very poor service

Not well maintained, cupboards broken, Power issues often, no water heater facility,Totally a bad place for family to stay.

Good rooms for the given price. Good location. Didn't get hot water even for the time they mentioned, other than that everything fine.

It's an old place, on top of that not at all maintained. Rooms were dirty corridor was dirty, there was no one clean it. When we went to checkin the guy just put water on the floor and wiped it for namesake making us wait for 10-15 mins. Same with bathroom, it was dirty and toilet seat was all broken. Bathroom mat seems like never washed for years, wet and soiled. And then towels given to us was like the ones which can be used for mopping. There was water dripping from the roof mostly of ac from 1st floor, inside the room. Jug and glass was so dusty that to drink water i had to wash it using soap. Curtains looked like they were never washed. Overall it was pathetic experience and would never recommend this to anyone if you are looking for hygeinic rooms.

Bed spreads are not cleaned, room floor is also not clean. Tv not working and response by the staff also not good

They said we get hot water at 6 am to am but there is no proper geaser and waited for 1 hours to heat the water. Later keep calling and got separate bucket for hot water from outside and landline not working every time we go to restaurant and ordered and getting to room.

Worst stay. Rooms were pathetic smelly, sheets were nasty the way to the rooms were like crossing store room washrooms are worst

I recently stayed at the hotel maharaja, and it was definitely more average than exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite, though they didn’t go above and beyond to make me feel particularly welcome. The wifi and tv connection is working properly but had power cut sometimes due to rain and they had the generator backup. The room was decent. It was spacious, but the furnishings felt a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable enough, though not overly luxurious. The bathroom was functional. There is a kids play area and it was neat and space and kids would definitely enjoy it. There is a restaurant beside the hotel and the food was super tasty. The service was fine, though it took longer than expected for the food preparation. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but the overall ambiance of the hotel didn’t quite live up to its reputation. Overall, it was a solid, no-frills experience. I would recommend hotel maharaja for a comfy and decent stay with friends and family.

The stay is good for a day or 2. Do not expect 2/3 star like aminities. They do have separate area for dining & a sitting inside the room itself so its specious. They do have playing area for kids too. However poor maintenance it has.

Room was average and the bed and pillows were not clean, need to improve more.

Value for money, good location. During power cut, inverter working. Hot water supplied from 6 am to 10 am. But on request the provided hot water. Excellent crew members.

The service was pathetic, the room was stinky smell. No one cares us as guest, when asked for hot water not coming, need water also no proper response.

Had a good stay. The hotel had an ample car parking facility. Nearby many shops were available. The place was located near the lake.

Stay was okay if the rooms can be maintained well then it would be great. Good location since very near to the city
