Average Stay
The stay location is good, but the room's cleanliness is not up to the mark. There is no type of food arrangement apart from breakfast, you have to travel quite far to eat food. The bedsheets too were not clean, the towels handed over to us were also not in clean condition. The balcony was very dirty with dirt everywhere. The property has potential but at this point of time I would hesitate to suggest this to someone

Food: No food available. Only beverages are there. Location: It is fine. Parking is spacious. Facilities: Bathroom is transparent, Not up to the mark for the cost.

Poor Service
In this place, we have traveled with our family, but it is far from Lake at least 5 km so there is no food in this hotel. The service is very bad because they're not able to provide the basic things like tea coffee. only one people is managing that thing. The plate, we need to clean, to have our food taken from outside. Bed and pillow cover are also not very clean. We had requested first day, but they have not change the bed cover and pillow covers .Next day They have changed so basically the service we got is very poor rooms are okay fine queen bed but if you have travelled with the baby, then it is difficult.

Rooms Looking okay, poor service specially for food. No restaurant but they mentioned free breakfast, while ordering partial food they provide. There is no power in full night and power back up also gone… Very bad experience with my family in this stay

Place is awsm. it's like between the hill station. The problem is electricity. Not got proper power backup. Whole night power was not there including NXT day morning. Service is very good. The manager and staff are Awsm.

Worst Hotel
I booked delux room as I was on budget trip yet I paid. But while booking, the app showed room with balcony, while checkin I was told no delux room has balcony. It was very bad experience since I was on a celebration kind of trip. Also, the room was full of insects like cockroaches. Its also a packed room with no AC or any view and the window opens in kitchen’s balcony, thus breaking privacy trust. Spend 1k more per night and you can get much better place to stay. MMT support was of no use either. They mentioned that the room does not come with Balcony, but when I shared the snip where it says attached balcony, it was all about “technical issues”. Given that I have Black Membership of MMT, its really sad to see how they resolve issues of membership owners.

The view from the hotel is scenic, especially in the early mornings with the mist rolling in. The rooms were clean and decently maintained, with all the basic amenities provided.
