Review Of B R inn

The lift was not working and they put me in the third floor. The shower was also not working as was the AC after a power cut. I was promised the lift would be fixed by afternoon but nothing happened and no repair man came there. The staff was non responsive and feigned helplessness. The A/ C went off in the night after a power cut and then didn't come on until next morning. I checked out the next day morning at 6.30 am ( though had a booking for another day )

Full of bed bugs not able to sleep whole night and moreover it’s a small room, what we booked and we got it was totally different

neat and clean rooms with amenities like AC, geyser. It's very near to bomanhalli metro station. lots of food options available nearby

The Hotel is good in looking and everything is fine. And everything is available in the room. And the Hotel staff is also good in nature.

Nice Room but needs some improvement in cleanliness, AC works but button damage is hard to use

Cleaningness and security is very bad

security wise and basic facilities are fine. it is near to main road and tiffin centre. Overall it is good but need to improves .snacks and water bottle available

This is my third stay in the hotel. I really had a terrible experience as the rooms were not at all clean and I couldn't sleep properly due to BED BUGS. There wasn't any basic amenities provided

I had a wonderful stay at B R Inn! The rooms were clean and comfortable, amenities were great, and hygiene was well-maintained. The staff was courteous, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Booked a AC deluxe room but the AC wasn't working. There was no fan even. The toilets were dirty and i didn't use them either. Room smelled like cigarettes.

Ac was not working and i had told the staff that give me another room he had given me room but ac was not working in that room also

Ac is not working room keeping is not good,very bad condition with out any tv working,unsupported staff

Neither the bed is clean nor toilet I had booked for three days

Pathetic service and terrible service. Non cooperative service and complaints were not addressed least bothered to attend the guest problems

Fantastic service and good experience

It was ok stay for me. The staff were friendly but the room itself wasn't great. The bed was squeaky, AC was inconsistent and the hot water was not working.

Room were pretty clean and staff was amazing, good environment and it was very accessible to reach the hotel too )

property location is good. but cleanliness wise its pathetic. for 2 days the garbage is not taken. not only my room from other rooms also.

not hygiene, power cut was frequest, whole night people are sounding and no body has looked into it couldn't sleep its more a hostel that hotel. water was coming slow all teh time. I woukd not recommend anyone
