Location is nice But rooms should me more clean And food quality and options for the menu should also increase

The resort offers good overall facilities, and I was quite satisfied with the amenities provided. The restaurant deserves special mention—the food tasted great, and the dining experience was enjoyable. However, my only concern was hygiene, as I noticed bedbugs on the bed during my stay. This issue needs prompt attention to maintain the resort’s otherwise good standards.

The rooms were spacious and resort is very clean. But there are a lot of cons. 1. The breakfast wasn't the best with no buffet and very less A la Carta options. 2. No bathroom slippers inside room. 3. The check out time is 11 am and even after requesting for at least 1 hr extension was not provided 4. The day of check out ( even if its a weekend) they will ring you at 9 am asking you to leave at 11 am. In my 30+ years of travel to almost 64+ countries, it never happened except here 5. My stay was for 3 nights. When they clean my room they threw away my electric razor, luckily next day I collected it after complaining. 6. No Alcohol in a holiday resort. A big minus 7. No coordination between staff and management dictatorship clearly visible. 8. Remote location with no proper roads leading to resort at night with no lights. I struggled reaching resort at 2 am from the airport. 9. Nothing nearby including small shops. Overall not suitable for stay but only for attending functions or ceremonies if conducted at the resort. Never again will I travel to this resort.

Well maintained and hygiene prior ..good hospitality .... and very good for family gather and family party place
