The property scores 10/10 on location, maintenance, cleanliness and scenic beauty. However for the price charged per night (13k) the service and experience with staff leaves a lot of room for improvement. They score 6/10 here

Short stay after Waynad trip was good . location of property is very near to Calicut Airport. Food is not available @ properly, but you will get Pure Vegetarian Restaurant very adjusant to property. Nice ambience & they also helped for Airport transfers in reasonable price. We will visit this property on next visit.

Walkable distance from Calicut airport, new lodge and hindi speaking staffare the plus points. No intercom, No lift, No Hot water, No toiletries, No water bottle and no restaurant are the negative. I had experienced and learnt to use Tea Cattle to prepare Hot water as per the instructions of Receptionist! I advise not to book this pricy property unless you really don't want to sleep at roadside!

The room was good and clean and the bathroom was also neat and clean. The person at reception was cooperative and polite. I stayed for two days and the 1st day in my room ac was not working properly, then he changed the room the very next day after telling him.
