Review Of Ashoka hotel

Hotel was not up to mark, leakage in washroom, they are not providing daily routine things (sleeper, toothbrush, paste, handwash), tv is not working, AC and fan are on other corner of the room and bed is on another corner, very bad experience.

Very bad experience. Towels were dirty, bedsheet torn, bath tub vent had hair stuck. Breakfast laid was not worth.

Even after mentioning the details of the members. We have selected the room. But the hotelier at the reception denied for extra bed and asked to pay a difference to select a higher room. Since as per them the tmexisrijg room category just not suffice the no. Of members

Due to repairing work, the place was extremely dirty and due to less staff cleanliness was not at all kept. Breakfast was also bad.

Pathetic staff and services. Never ever come to this hotel. They should hire staff that should be able to tackle customers problems not to aggravate them

The location link was misleading. It guided me to different location which is 9-10 KM away. I had to rush here & there to ask for hotel that too around 5.00 AM. Finally managed to contact hotel. They shared correct location and I could finally reach hotel. Please don’t mention wrong location link ….this is my humble submission.

Absolutely terrible experience. Room was dingy. Bathroom had leaking taps. We were in a medical emergency so checked in late. When we told the manager about the poor room condition, he asked us to cancel and take the refund and find another hotel. Extremely rude and insensitive.

Had to wait a bit after reaching hotel. Manager cooperated very well for allotting the rooms but the rooms are not so good.

Very bad conditions of room, washroom, no water. Still manager is very good behaviour

I was just a bit bland and dull. No good housekeeping service. And even price quoted at reception was much cheaper than what we paid here

No facilities, TV, hot water and towels.

They need to put more effort on cleanliness of room, fixing leaky taps and the couches need vacuuming.

Excellent service. Nice location.

I found smoked cigarette filters, empty water bottles, empty cold drink cans, some medicine strips and a lot of dust below my bed. Floor was not clean. Toilet and bathroom was stinking and the Bath shower could never give hot water. The in room telephone was not working, because of which wake up call service could not be provided. Wi-fi was not available. They could provide only coffee and only Aloo paratha for breakfast. Bath towels were not clean. The staff seems to be taking their job casually. They have no courtesy about the inconvenience caused to the guests due to poor quality of services.

Service and rooms where nice some issues where there but answered and take care properly.

Room is good but room cleanness or bathroom is not good.

Good location. But no complementary breakfast, no electric kettle, no fresh towels everyday. Good spacious room.
Need to give new towels and toiletries every day. Also no electric kettle and tea bags in room. Staff behavior good. Room spacious and clean.
