Hotel location is not good. Room service is average. Bathroom door lock not working. Complementary Breakfast is not good. Loud music played on around late night. Not suitable for family's.

service was not good not recommended for staying .The food is also not good

For a family trip it's a totally no! The rooms and washrooms are not maintained at all. Services is not good. Food is very medium quality. The Jacuzzi is not maintained and totally undermaintained. They have kept it off so no point of charging for the Jacuzzi rooms. Not satisfied rates wise. Also call girls are coming and going and continuously in the property.

food and amenities are good but IHave complaint against MMT when someone booked hotel through MMT and u charge full paid at booking time than why u guys not send the booking details that particular hotel.. when we arrived at hotel the receptionist told us that they don't found any booking against my name in their system. This is not acceptable ....

Food was good, amenities were decent, but service was the worst, late response of staff, rude behaviour, asking for extra money while billing, not cleaning room inspite of telling several times, not responding to calls

It was a very good service and also budget friendly. Service was very good and food was aslo good quantity and quality.

Food was good. But serving late after giving the order. Also only kadai panner in dinner was not satisfactory. Rest all food and stay are good

All staffs are really well behaved and friendly. Bengali foods (veg and non veg both) are outstanding and considerably cheap. Rooms are clean and well furnished. But bathrooms are a little older side but those are also clean. Sea view is not available. The sea is 5-6 minutes walking distance. Has a swimming pool. The water is not chlorinated but it was clean.

The rooms are good. The washroom are very clean but the resort is not at all secure. Drunk men will knock your door at night making it unsafe for couples and for any women in a group. Beside the pool drunk mens will show off their talents by passing cheap comments and the property management will not do anything.

It was an excellent trip. Services were really good. Food, hospitality and room services were up to the mark.

Hotel premises are not at all cleaned. Stuffs are not cooperative. They have stolen my phone and they started denying the fact.
