Overall fine. Definitely i'll book when i'll go there.

Cleniness is a little bit lacking. Unless told never evinced interest in cleaning. Good is not good.

Resport location was best and they have nice interior also. Rooms seems clean and well maintained. Room service is not that good, we need to contact for each and everything about tea etc.

The stay was comfortable. Friendly and courteous staff. Expected better choices for breakfast. There was no buffet. Food was freshly cooked and tasty though

Great Resort, helpful staff, excellent stay

The stay was pleasant, Resort has a good view of greenery and being so close to Kudle beach is an added advantage.

Beach is just 100-200 meters by walk. There is no beach view. Rooms are big and spacious. Other amenities are very limited. Quite pricey for the lack of amenities.

We had issues with the AC which was never sorted until checkout, breakfast is not buffet, we need to order them and wait for 30 minutes, since I was travelling with a 3 year old kid, my son couldn't resist his hunger. I requested for a mosquito coil but got that only when I personally walked to the reception, I was told he had forgotten even after calling 3 times. Overall I was charged money which I was asked to pay at the check-in itself. Would never recommend to any of the travelers.

Overall an okay Resort, high priced and food is nothing great. Pool is very good and well maintained.

Horrible stay worst don't book anybody

It's nearby Kudle beach. Accessibility is not a problem. They arrange auto if you don't have your own vehicle. Food has limited options. South Indian breakfast was not in the menu. With the price, it commands you don't feel its worth with the facilities available to you. Swimming pool is well maintained.

Well maintained and polite staffs, well maintained pool parking rooms and washrooms.

They can do better with there restaurant, limited menu, rooms are big and they keep it clean also but the kind of property they have, they can do much more.

No intercom, no tv channels, no pressure in the tap, no food variety and cleanliness.

Pleasant stay. Pros. 1) Kudle Beach was just 2 minutes walk from the Resort so location wise it was perfect. 2) Food was good as well and reasonably priced. But, during our stay tandoori items were not available. 3) Premises were pretty neat and clean and so were the rooms but the rooms were pretty damped due to incessant rains which is understandable. Pool was there and it is available for use till late night hours so that was another benefit. Cons. 1) Avoid visiting this place during rainy season as the way to the Resort is pretty slippery which can lead to accidents. 2) Rooms were damped due to heavy rains but still it was good enough.

Hotel staff was very polite and friendly, food was good.

We paid a more than good price for the stay, but the services and facilities were not so good. Cleanliness was there, yet tv wasn't working, wifi no no (ok, that could be network issue, since rain) But the bathroom door was broken. Though the in house restaurant food was good. Overall ok, but overpriced.
